[You are here. You probably made a wrong turn down that dark corridor. Maybe your Gummi Ship got knocked off course. Maybe you just felt like a change of scenery, or maybe you already lived here.
Regardless, you've stumbled upon Radiant Garden in all its glory. The flowers are in bloom, the fountains flowing. Or perhaps you're less fortunate and ended up here or even here. Time's in a bit of a flux. Open corridors link from one version to the other.
And for those uninterested in sight seeing, there are other activities to enjoy. Several moogles seem to have set up booths with snacks, items, and a synthesis shop. There's a sale on sea salt ice cream, and for thrill seekers, plenty of Heartless lurking in the shadows.]

No, I just...[Just what? Even Sora isn't sure. His head is in a bad place right now, which is not the kind of place that Sora's head is in very often, and he's having a lot of trouble figuring out how to sort through it all. Honestly, he would rather feel better than worse, so he quickly makes himself determined to set as many of his worries as he can aside for right now - and, as a result, his next words sound a bit lighter.] Nah, forget about it.
Listen, Roxas, I was hoping...that maybe we could talk for a little while?

For now, Roxas wonders what it is that Sora could possibly talk to him about. A slight tilt of his head and a questioning look on his face. ]
What's..there to talk about?
[ Talking isn't one of his strongest points and there are still a ton of questions he needs to have answered. But. If his Other wants-- needs to talk about something, then he could at least try. This feeling that something is wrong, or even different, niggles at the back of his mind. Maybe that's what this talk could be about? He'd see, wouldn't he. ]

[And now, finally, he's in comfortable territory again - meeting someone, learning about them, talking to them. Making a friend.
Sure, it was Roxas, which made everything a bit different, especially now that Sora knew so much about him. And, really, there were a lot of important, serious things that he needed to tell Roxas, to ask him about, to try to understand...but Sora also just wanted to chat, too. That's how you really got to know someone, and Sora wanted to know Roxas.]
We've never actually spent time together before, so between the two of us, I'm sure we can think of something.

[ Roxas knows this aspect of Sora, has seen it from the scattered dreams-- memories during those days before. Well, before he'd been made to return. And not only those times but the few moments when curiosity let him take a peek during the adventure and then the moment when he really sees Sora. But it's strange to have it directed at him, despite his desire to speak to his Other as well. A desire that stems from his Organization days.
Some part of him feels like he knows the other enough but that's not true. He knows of and that makes all the difference. The thought that he has a chance, for however long the chance is given to him, makes a touch of eagerness sprout in his chest. ]
Okay. [ New question: how to even start to talk. ] Uh..have you ever been here before? Because as far as I know, I've never--

You know, I'm not really sure...
[He looks around one more time, scanning the Marketplace for familiar sites. He recognized some things - a shop here and there, Merlin's house in the distance - but it still just wasn't the same as the Radiant Garden he knew.]

[ Maybe it's the memories from his time with the Organization kicking or the instincts he's gained from the missions during his time with him, but Roxas instantly wonders what could possibly be wrong with the situation that they're in. All he has to go on is Sora's word in this world since he's never been himself, or at least he's pretty sure he hasn't been. But that single words, makes him straighten up a little, wary but not yet ready to summon his Keyblade (if he could even call one now) unless something dangerous happens.
Although it doesn't look like there's any danger, considering how bright the place is, he doesn't think anything could happen but... ]
What's..different about it?
