The demons don't run wild anymore. This was a case of the people who came here trying to be a heroes.

Obviously it didn't work out too well. As for the wreckage... It's been like this for awhile. Most other areas have been cleaned up and are back to working order. This place is the exception and not the norm, for several reasons.
